What is the difference between Base Revenue and Total Revenue?

    Hi Derreck,

Base Revenue is only revenue coming from 'base' recurring rates, not including any add-ons, customs charges, one-time invoices, etc. Total Revenue includes all of those additional line items as well as the recurring charge.

Thank you! Are the numbers for the time period selected or projected based on current subscriptions?

Those numbers represent the totals for the specified date-range. We have in the works more reporting that will included 'Projected Revenue' based on your current subscription base.

That would be awesome! Business people love stats and data so a more robust reporting end would be helpful. It would be nice to get an average for how long people stat paying members before they cancel a turnover rate. There are all sorts of metrics that would be useful and you can use them to help market CG too.

    Just a few thoughts.

You're right and that's exactly why we want to release some kick-butt metrics as soon as possible!
