churn amount
Dear Sir/ madam,
I would like to include the value of lost turnover if people cancelled. That way we can attach a number to our monthly churn.
and calculate the lost (new turnover - churn amount) and our net growth/ lost per month

Hi Jerrel,
To clarify, am I right that you are referring to revenue churn? So the amount in dollars lost from customers that have churned (in addition to the number of churned customers that we currently report).
I think your suggestion may be something we are already looking to build, but I want to make sure we're understanding the request.

Yes you are right. I'm also wondering how revenue is going to be calculated.
Is it on the roadmap for launch in 2020.

Please let me know whether I am correct in assuming that you are talking about drift boss revenue churn. Therefore, the amount of money that has been lost due to clients who have left (in addition to the number of customers who have left that we are now reporting).
