churn amount
Dear Sir/ madam,
I would like to include the value of lost turnover if people cancelled. That way we can attach a number to our monthly churn.
and calculate the lost (new turnover - churn amount) and our net growth/ lost per month

Hi Jerrel,
To clarify, am I right that you are referring to revenue churn? So the amount in dollars lost from customers that have churned (in addition to the number of churned customers that we currently report).
I think your suggestion may be something we are already looking to build, but I want to make sure we're understanding the request.

Yes, it is about lost revenue lost in dollars. Is it on roadmap for this
year or are you already working on it?

Hi Mike,
Yes you are right. I'm also wondering how revenue is going to be calculated.
Is it on the roadmap for launch in 2020.
