What are Customer Charges & Credits?

I'm seeing a $30/month custom charge & Credit (see screenshot) but I can't figure out how to find details.

Where can I see what those charges are from?

   Our apologies for not getting back to you quicker. Are you still having issues deciphering what this charge was on your monthly invoice?

   After some digging, it seems this may be related to the refund you were issued in June due to fraudulent transactions.

   I am going to get in touch with our billing team to verify and will get back to you ASAP.

   Hey Clay!

   These charges are the result of you offering discounts to your customers and them taking advantage of them. The number notated in red is the value of discounts currently being used by customers.

   To get a more detailed view as to who and what the specific values are for discounts being used, you can sort that info on your promotions page from your Cheddar dashboard.
