Cancellation from Paypal
Hello,
When a user cancels his/her subscription from Paypal,
Do you cancel his account imidiately and send a cancellation event?
or
Do you wait for the next billing cycle and send a cancellation event after retries with "payment declined" event?

Yes. PayPay has a hook that we listen for. When CG receives it, the cancellation process in CG is triggered.
