Questionable transactions

Adam,
I just received my first bill for the "Starting Up" plan. I don't have any paying customers yet, however I was charged for transactions on the Free accounts representing my freemium users. Is this intended behavior?

Hi Frank -- That does look strange. Did you have some test customers last month which were since deleted? That could explain it.
In any event, I've credited your account for the 11 transactions you were charged for.

Thanks, Marc, glad to hear it was a glitch. I didn't want to have to code around charges. :)
These users existed when the account was shifted from testing to live, and CG charged these users for $0.00 at that time. So that might explain it, but I'll watch the bill next month to see if the same thing occurs.
