Error 500?
I cannot cancel about 8 billing profiles. They were all profiles I setup when testing my CG account with my site and all listed under a free plan. When I try to cancel or delete the profiles I get "Error 500". Can CG help me remove all the Free Plan billing profiles?

Hi Derreck -- The references to the gateway for these accounts were invalid. This is probably because they were originally setup when your gateway was in test mode. We've deployed a change which makes CG more tolerant of this scenario. You should now be able to delete the accounts.
