New Tracked Item Defaults
When creating a new tracked item, we should be able to provide default values for "Quantity Included", "Overage Amount", and "Periodic". These values should be applied immediately to all existing plans, and can then be forgotten about.
Currently we are required to manually adjust plans to set these values, which with dozens of plans is extremely cumbersome.

Hi Dan! I most certainly agree that the tracked items settings should be improved substantially. This is on the list. Thanks for the suggestion!
