E-mails from CG to us admins
We (as admins) seem to get "Payment Declined" e-mails sent automatically by CheddarGetter. But that's all. Is this configurable somewhere?
For example we'd like to receive "Subscription Cancelled" notifications after however many "Payment Declined"s happen and the account is automatically cancelled. Maybe also (optionally) "New Customer" e-mails. Maybe not. Should be configurable.
Also who are these e-mails currently sent to? Is it the primary e-mail address on the CG account? Ideally we could set up an alternate e-mail address for these to route to our CS department, but not have them receive e-mails about CG billing us, password resets, etc. Maybe each type of e-mail would have a separate recipient associated with it, so we could route accordingly.
P.S. I am aware there is an API-level callback for cancellations: http://support.cheddargetter.com/faqs/api-8/event-push-notification
Thank you!

There are two types of declined payment emails. The one you're referring to is the one sent to the 'owner' account for the product. The other is the one sent to the customer which is configurable.
You can BCC the emails to one or more addresses on the email settings.

I guess the confusion was/is why "Payment Declined" gets special treatment and is e-mailed directly to the admin, but nothing else triggers admin e-mails like that.
We'll just use and filter on the cutomer BCC e-mails then as you suggest. There is a
X-CG-Type
header that will help filtering. Is there a way to deactivate the "Payment Declined" e-mails that do go to the admin then?

The one emailed to the owner contains additional information should you choose to act on it.
There isn't a way to deactivate these emails. It's on the wish list.
