option to suppress bill reminders for customers with external payment methods

I would like to be able to suppress bill reminders for customers with external payment methods, just like I can for customers on free plans. My customers on external methods are receiving invoices from QuickBooks, so it's redundant for them to receive bill reminders from Cheddar.
