Cancel Subscription
It took me a while to figure out where the "Cancel Subscription" button was. Maybe you can put that visible on the customer detail screen, versus having to click on the pricing plan and cancel through the modal window.

We completely agree. The customer/subscription edit interface needs a boost. Again, it's on the list.
