Add an option to ask why a customer is ending subscription
It would be great to ask a question when the customer ends their subscription ("why are you leaving us? Are you just not that into us?")

Hi Clay,
You can do this by editing your email templates for cancellations to include that question. You could link to a web form, or just ask them to email you back (which would probably see the best responses):

It is not clear (to me) which of those emails someone will get if they cancel their subscription.
If the customer cancels their subscription, which of those emails will they get?

When customers cancel themselves they receive the Custom Reason template:
