Affiliate or refer-a-friend program
Our business uses a refer-a-friend marketing program to get new
users. For every new user recommended, you get a month of
subscription free! Does the system accommodate that
feature?
Essentially we need to push back the expiration date or next billing date by a month if a new user joins based on their invitation. Our system would be able to generate the list of people who get the "month" credit on a monthly basis. Is this possible? Many thanks!

It sure is. Just use a custom credit to reduce the customer's next invoice by the amount you choose. That'll also create an incentive to continue their subscription!
