Possibly provide valid CC numbers on hosted CC pages when in test-gateway mode
When in test-gateway mode, I assume there are "special" card numbers that will be accepted/rejected, but it's not easy to find those numbers. Suggest one of:
- in the test-gateway description in the control panel, note the "good" and "bad" numbers to use
- on the hosted pages themselves, if in test-gateway mode, either add just below the CC# field as notes

Another good suggestion.
I believe the successful test number is 4111-1111-1111-1111 with any expiration date after the current date.
