Include Customer Code in the Return Locations URLs
(Sorry for the duplication. I just submitted this but wasn't signed in so it somehow got set to Private and I can't see it (including any answers))
You have Return Locations (including New Customer Return URL (overrides referer), which is great b/c we need to give new users instructions immediately (dont' want them to have to go check their email).
BUT... that Return URL location doesn't know anything about the customer. If you pass the Customer Code (or ID) as a ?Parameter then we can retrieve customer data, etc. and display their instructions and such.
