Hello,

I want to use your service, but I have a question on my existing customers. I want to be able to move my existing customers from my current billing system to CheddarGetter, but I want to move them to their current billing cycle. So, if a monthly customer gets charged on the 12th of every month, or an annual customer gets charged on August 18th every year, I want to keep that schedule. How can I set them up in CheddarGetter to bill on the same cycle that they're currently at? Thanks!

Dan - This will be very simple. As you are adding your customers to
CG, you will include the date on which you would like the next bill to
    occur for that customer.

This is currently in development and we hope to have the new field
available in the API by the middle of this month. It is, however,
possible to do this manually. Just provide us with a list of customer
codes or ids and their corresponding datetimes and we will make the
    change for you promptly.

Whether you wait for the api functionality or not, I will personally
work with you to make this a smooth transistion.

    Thanks for using CG!

Are you still considering CheddarGetter? Here's a new KB article about new pricing plan configuration options: http://support.cheddargetter.com/faqs/pricing-plans/pricing-plan-changes-upgradedowngrade It works the same way for annual plans. The new options are being released tonight!
