30 day free trial
If we do a 30 day free trial on all our plans, how do we make sure we don't get fraud-ed by customers? Can we lock down the account by unique CC so new customers have to have a CC that hasnt been entered yet or what have you guys seen and recommend?

Do you mean that someone could signup for 30 days, cancel, then signup again as a different customer record? Or maybe delete their account in your system and signup again? If so, there's nothing that can be done about that by CG. Restricting one payment method for one account isn't the answer. That would unnecessarily restrict people who need to pay for more than one account with the same card.
In short, it's up to you how this is handled. You might consider allowing only one account in your system per email address. So, if someone wanted to go through the trouble of getting 30 free days of service over and over again, they'd have to use a new email address/username/something else identifiable.
In the end, I think the danger of this is low. Customers who find the service valuable enough to pay will pay. If they find it valuable and don't want to pay and are willing to jump through a few hoops to get another 30 days, then that's probably ok. I really don't recall any of our merchants ever having this sort of problem in reality.
