To the CheddarGetter team:
Does CG have this type of velocity control (e don’t recommend you allow any one Credit Card to be run more than 3 times if declined/rejected.) that is being required by the underwriters?

CG itself will retry a credit card up to 5 times if declined before the customer's subscription is auto-canceled. This currently isn't configurable but we plan to make it so. There is a simple workaround however. Using the transaction post hook, you may be notified of declined transactions so you can cancel the subscription according to your preference.
You may also use the iSpyFraud service within CheddarGateway to define some controls. More info attached.
