PayPal Pending
Hi,
Is there a way to avoid that when I open a Customer that is in "PayPal pending" state it automatically cancel the account?

Hi Nicolas -- I'm afraid not. Your customer can re-do the PayPal preapproval process, though, to receive another ticket. They last only three hours and after that point they are automatically canceled if someone tries to access the account. We are working on improving this but haven't settled on an implementation yet.
