Hi Jonathon,
What do you need to test? You can use the API in your own unittests to test e-mail execution.

We want to test the flows in real conditions not with the API. We've implemented the API on our code we need to tests the different scenarii.

I'm still not exactly sure what you mean. Do you have the scenarios that you're referring to documented? How do you test your app?
