Customer with multiple subscriptions
Hi,
I am considering using CG for a start-up I work for but not %100 sure it meets my needs...
Our requirement is to allow customers to purchase multiple products where each product has it's own signup fee and annual renewal cost and separate billing date.
E.g. In 2011, customer buys product A in Jan and adds product B
in Feb.
In 2012 customer will be charged renewal fee for product A in Jan
and product B in Feb.
This is a very simplified example. We're hoping we have scenarios where a single customer had thousands of products.
Is this something CG can handle?
Many thanks,
David.

Hi David - CG doesn't handle for parallel subscriptions natively. If all products cost the same, I'd suggest using a monthly model with usage tracking to keep things simple. If products are different but there are a finite number of types of products (products of the same type have the same price), then the same model works. That's the best I can do without understanding your specific business better.
