Internal Errore

Hi, we are not able to receive today's payments because of an i"internal error".
Could you please check if is our fault or yours?

   Hi there -- We're seeing this on all accounts. The error is from PayPal and is their generic internal error code (520002:Internal Error). Please contact PayPal MTS at https://ppmts.custhelp.com/ for more information. The transactions will retry automatically every 3 hours until they are successful (approved or declined, not error).

   Pietro -- PayPal has researched a workaround. We've implemented it and things look good so far.

   was not charged due the same "internal" error.

   Hi Pietro -- The first two attempts on this invoice were Internal Error due to the PayPal bug. Since the workaround, the next attempt was a decline.
