Hi, we are not able to receive today's payments because of an
i"internal error".

Hi there -- We're seeing this on all accounts. The error is from PayPal and is their generic internal error code (520002:Internal Error). Please contact PayPal MTS at https://ppmts.custhelp.com/ for more information. The transactions will retry automatically every 3 hours until they are successful (approved or declined, not error).

Pietro -- PayPal has researched a workaround. We've implemented it and things look good so far.

Ops,
Marc this customer https://cheddargetter.com/admin/customers/get/id/e0250c72-3531-11e1...
was not charged due the same "internal" error.

Hi Pietro -- The first two attempts on this invoice were Internal Error due to the PayPal bug. Since the workaround, the next attempt was a
decline
