Adjusting billing or applying credits based on custom DB fields automatically - is this possible?
I want to allow my clients to refer others to my service.
I track how many referral emails they send out about my service
each month.
If the total number exceeds 3, I want to give them 50% off their
billing, automatically.
Is this possible?

Hi Michael -- You can do that in a number of ways. You can use custom credits to issue a credit on the current invoice (a one time discount). Or, use tracked items to create recurring discounts. Are you thinking a one-time 50% discount?
