prorate and downgrading

Hello.

I was wondering what happens when people are downgrading.

I have read this article: http://support.cheddargetter.com/faqs/pricing-plans/pricing-plan-ch...

And was curious about what happens when the final plan is cheaper than the initial plan. Store credit?

   That's correct. The result is essentially the reverse of an upgrade. We've changed the article you referenced to include downgrades.
