Discounts?
Our model requires that we be able to apply a discount to a customer. I realize such a feature can be incredibly complicated because you can apply discounts in so many different ways. Is there any plans to add discount support into cheddar getter? Our specific situation would simply define a discount at the customer level that would be applied to their monthly base fee as well as their overages.

Yes. We have considered implementing discount 'codes' or 'coupons' that could be used for this purpose.
We have also considered using a tracked item with a negative overage amount. This would have the effect of producing a recurring credit on the invoice. CG currently will not allow a negative overage amount so some significant testing would be required to implement it. It's on our wish list at this point. Coupon codes are on our wish list as well.
