Hey guys,

We're looking into changing our payment gateway, but we need to know a few things before we can do that.
Would you mind answering the following?

1. What's the setup fee
2. Do you offer a merchant account? If so what your VISA/MasterCard & AMEX commissions, chargebacks and refunds?
3. What's your fixed transaction fee?

   Sure thing, and thanks for looking into CheddarGetter. Welcome to the community!

   What's the setup fee?

   There is no additional setup fee. Our included native gateway comes with our 'Blowing Up' plan at $79/mo. + $0.20/txn.

   Do you offer a merchant account?

   We don't do any underwriting ourselves, but we help our customers get setup with merchant accounts on a regular basis. If you'd like to start that process yourself, you can always signup for a free Developer account and fill out the form at https://cheddargetter.com/admin/gateway/new. In doing that, we will connect you with a viable merchant account provider and answer any questions we can.

   If so what your VISA/MasterCard & AMEX commissions, chargebacks and refunds?

   This is something you'll need to ask a provider.

   What's your fixed transaction fee?

   The 'Blowing Up' plan I mentioned earlier has a fixed transaction fee of $0.20/txn. You can take a closer look at our pricing here.
