Australia
Hi there,
We are based in Australia and do not want to use PayPal. Please confirm, we get out merchant account here and your billing SAAS use your Payment gateway to our merchant account in Australia.
Is that the process.. If incorrect please advise what the process is...
Thanks

Hi Davo,
Yes, we will need to find a merchant account in Australia that is compatible with our native CheddarGateway. For Australian merchants we support World Pay or PaymentExpress for direct credit card acceptance.
If you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to ask - we're here to help! If you'd like to start the process of getting a merchant account, you can begin by signing up for our free 'Developer Plan' if you haven't already and head to https://cheddargetter.com/admin/gateway/new. Fill out the form there and you'll be on your way.
Cheers,
Dean

Hi Davo,
I should clarify my earlier comment. We've just learned that WorldPay is potentially compatible to be integrated with our system, however we have yet to know for sure. PaymentExpress is already a known solution and is already in use by many Australian merchants using CheddarGetter. WorldPay is an option we could look into though. If that's something you're interested in, we could run some tests.

Thanks Dean,
Could you investigate whether you support Eway (www.eway.com.au). I think they are one of the largest payment gateway in Australia and our gateway of choice.
Many thanks
Dave

Hi Dave, we are currently investigating Eway as an potential gateway integration for CheddarGetter. Do you currently have a gateway account with them? We'd like you to be our first merchant on this new gateway, so that may involve a bit of back and forth for a few days while we go through the integration process. Although if their documentation is clear, it may be a simpler process.
Does that sound good?
Thanks,
Adam

Thanks for the feedback. Given you are looking at Eway we can spend some time looking at your API, that is the call for the developers.
Once they are coll with that then I can give you more of a confirmation that this is the way. to do.. Thanks for your help and chat soon.
