Do you offer any sort of email alerts or reminders to customers?

I was wondering if CheddarGetter would be able to send reminder emails to customers for recurring billing? What about different alerts for if they are late to pay? Does CheddarGetter or Authorize.net send any sort of "thank you" or confirmation email upon payment? If so, is it brandable?

For example, an organization is looking to collect yearly dues from members and it would be nice to give them a heads up that another year has passed. If they disregard or forget that reminder, it would be nice to send them reminders that they are late by 1 month, 3 months, etc. When they do pay, it would be nice to confirm and thank them.

Thanks for the help! Keep up the great work.

    Max -- Great question. You've touched on one of the major advantages
    of using CheddarGetter. CheddarGetter sends a variety of email
    notifications to customers. Here's a non-comprehensive list:

    * New customer thankyou
    * Pricing plan change confirmation
    * Payment success receipt
    * Payment declined
    * Credit card expiring soon reminder
    * Account canceled for failed payment
    * Account canceled for expired card

    All of the emails are fully customizable in plain text and HTML.
    We're currently working on the interface to allow CheddarGetter
    customers to customize the email templates. We'll send out an email
    and a tweet when that's ready. It shouldn't be long.

    Emails are now fully customizable. The settings are located in Configuration->Emails.
