Hi,

I can't seem to find any examples or reference as to how I can do the following:

  1. Subscribe a customer to a pricing plan
  2. Add a custom charge to that charge process

Example: Customer chooses Plan A for $15 and adds some additional products/services for an extra charge of $5

From that I have the following questions:

  1. Is the custom charges only charged once or are they subsequently billed again during the subscription?
  2. Can I alter the custom charge once setup?

Thanks for the help in advance,

Bill

    Hi Bill,

This is possible via our Tracked Items system, and you can choose whether or not that charge is carried over into the next billing period, or is reset to zero:

Let me know if you need any help setting this up after reading that doc.

    Thanks!
    Adam
