Change customer plan from paid to free
Hello, we are running a promo and waiving all subscription fees for the summer. We originally had a paid plan with a 14 day trial, and did not require credit card info for the trial. There are a few customers whose trial has expired, but would like to go to our free plan now. When I try to edit the customers subscription to the new plan, it says the account needs to be re-activated by updating payment method, but we don't need a payment method for the new free plan.
Please advise how I can change expired trial customers to the new free plan.
