I was on vacation and a customer had a problem I couldn't solve while away.

I wanted to GIVE THEM FREE 2 WEEKS.
I did it by moving up their "next bill date" but that throws off the system for checking their subscription. It's seeing one month billing. Bill on 5/1/2018 and then next one is 6/15/18. So on 6/13 it thinks it's expired.

Another way to view this is how to give them a CREDIT.

    Hi Clay,

You're right, a credit would probably be the best way to go about doing this. You can add a credit to a customer's pending invoice in the Cheddar user interface by visiting the customer profile, going into the pending invoice, and clicking "Add Charge or Credit" in the bottom left corner. You can also add a credit to the pending invoice via the API (more info on that here).

Let me know if you have any other questions, Clay!

    Meghan
