Credit Card Update Form won't come up - could be her browser
Hi - We have a customer trying to update her credit card details on file using the Cheddar Link - Customer's Update Page. This is the user. Wondering if there are any browser limitations we should know about to advise her on? User: [email blocked]

Hi Aysia,
If they're having trouble accessing their update page, I would generally recommend they make sure to try using the most recent version of a major browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari). I was able to access the "Change Payment" option on their update page using a recent version of Chrome without an issue.
If they continue to have trouble, please let me know! It would be helpful to know which browser (and which version) they're using, along with details about what they're seeing or what errors they're getting when they try to access the page.
