Changing Promo Codes

Hi there,

I work with PracticePanther, and we had a client apply an incorrect promo code. She requested that we switch out this incorrect promo code for the correct one, but we are unsure of how to do that without combining promos. Could you please delete the existing promo code from their account so that I can go in and input the correct one?    Hi Maria,

   If you'd like to have the promo code deleted, we can certainly do that for you. However, if you just need to replace it with a different one, you should be able to enter the new promo code in the customer record and it will only apply the new one. In the "Edit Subscription" page of the customer record, just enter the new promo code and hit "Save", and you should be all set!
