Considering getting account
We are a makespace with 120 member. We use paypal subscriptions now but want to start using a service for better management and retention.
A key factor is if the credit card data is portable (we can migrate to another system if we want) . Is that something you can do. Can you migrate out of Cheddergetter?
Also Xero integration would be nice, and just confirming, you dont do ACH, right?

Excited to hear that you're considering CheddarGetter!
To answer your first question, yes you can easily export your customer information from CheddarGetter if you decide you'd like to leave. Just so you know, CG doesn't store card information, your payment processing partner does (for example PayPal or our Native Gateway), so you'll want to make sure they'll allow you to get that data if you decide to change services. One of the great features of CG is that we work with multiple payment processing providers, so if you decide you'd like to switch to a different provider, we can help you seamlessly migrate your customers from one service to the other.
CG allows you to integrate services like Xero using service hooks. In this case you could use a third party app like Zapier to accept data from CG and re-route it to Xero. You can learn more about using service hooks with CG on our Webhooks and Service Hooks knowledge base article. We have plans to add the option for customers to pay via ACH payments in a future update, so we expect that feature to be available soon.
