Is there a way to PAUSE someone's subscription?

We occasionally have someone who wants to PAUSE their subscription.
Our only option right now is to Cancel it. That requires that we later get their credit card number again, which creates a speedbump in the process.

    Hi Anthony,

The best way to create the effect of a subscription pause is to extend the bill date to some day in the future and then use the authorization logic in your application to restrict access. You could use metadata or even a new tracked item toggle to accomplish this.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Please!!! Someone help me - I've been charged $20 a month for the last 2 years by Gateway Services Webpayment. All along I thought this was a charge from my hosting company & when I recently decided to retire, the charges kept on coming! Does anyone have a phone number for Gateway Services Webpayment?
    Someone please help!

    Ted
