Hello, I head tech development for a small group of subscription-based services. Customers know the services by different brands, depending on their locale, their language, and which version of the service they are using. If I use Cheddar Getter, how will the transactions appear on their account?

The parent tech division is SYGNAL, but the customers won't recognize that, and we want them to see the specific product brand they are purchasing so we don't get accidental chargebacks.
e.g.

BROJO Silver Membership
Studio 7 Inner Circle

What is it that appears in the credit card description?
Is it the company name, Product name, Pricing Plan, or some combination?

Typically, the descriptor for credit card statements is defined by the merchant account; therefore, each of these services will need a separate merchant account if you would like the descriptors to be different. With that said, a CG product account can only be connected to one merchant account, so you would want a product account for each service as well.
