Multiple Error Messages
Hello,
I just attempted to change one of my customer's plans in CheddarGetter and received the following messages. I've never gotten any of these before, so I was wondering if you could tell me what they mean. Are these all related to being unable to charge the customer's card the correct amount?
Failed to transact the current invoice.
Failed to update subscription information.
(422:6000) The transaction was declined

Hi Marc --
A transaction was required for the action you executed
The prerequisite transaction failed which precludes the subscription update
This is the detail of why the transaction failed. In this case, it's a standard declined transaction.
