Hi, I have a lot of question. I am from philippines. Can i use this even though i am based here in the philippines. And our currency is PHP. Checked the currencies but unfortunately didnt see PHP currency

Absolutely. Although we don't currently have any clients in the Philippines, I believe some of our billing solution partners accept Philippine merchants. They would likely just ask you to incorporate in either Macau or Hong Kong. As long as that is a possibility, you shouldn't have too much trouble getting a compatible merchant account. Does this seem like viable solution for you?
Another option is PayPal. They work with merchant in the majority of the countries around the world.
