Hi Guys

You have been really helpful in any ways you could and i decided to go with you guys and using Payvision as Payvision is the only way i can accept credit cards from a Hong Kong company.

So i bought your Summer Sale and the day after i had a meeting with Miss. Summer at Payvision to find out that even you guys offer annual recurring payments, Payvision wont let us do that. It is my impression that you have worked together with Payvision many times so i was very surprised that Cheddar Getter supports this and Payvision don't.

Iv'e been trying to negotiate with them until now but the answer is no.

So i would frankly ask for a refund ?

   Hey Thomas,

   I'm sorry but we can't refund the Summer of Startups promotion fee, as stated on the checkout page when you paid.

   I think your best option is to go ahead with the Payvision account, alter your pricing model a bit to have 3-month (quarterly) terms, which I believe Payvision supports. After you build some transaction history (a few months) you will be able to show that your customers are not a risk of refund or chargeback, and would be able to start using an annual plan.

   - Do we have fully control over the "Thank You" page after a successful payment?

   - Do we have any control over the "Error" page if a payment fails?

   Hi Thomas, glad to hear it.

   You have as much control over those pages as you do with the "Create/Update"pages. All of their settings are available at https://cheddargetter.com/admin/hosted-settings/.

   Of course you can customize a return URL on your own site that says anything you want, and redirect successful purchases there via:
   https://cheddargetter.com/admin/hosted-settings/return-locations
