Which EMAIL can we be assured that ALL customers get when their subscription ends?
I want to pass along an offer to folks who have ended their subscription.
This could happen b/c their CC expired, or b/c they chose to cancel and there are emails for each of those.
Which email will EVERYONE get?
(I'm thinking maybe the one for Custom Reason).

There is no single email template for all cancel reasons. These are intentionally kept separate. You'll need to add the content to all three cancel templates if you want it to be received by all cancel types.
