Several questions
- Is it possible to have more than 1 open invoice for a single customer?
- What happens if a customer has an open invoice and changes plan? is the first invoice discarded and is a new one created?
- How can I detect if an invoice was paid? or should a call to $response->getCustomerIsActive() tell me the customer has paid?
- Is it usefull to have both PayPal and creditcard support?
-
Do you know of any CG consultants in the Netherlands (or near)?
-
Say, at first, I have a plan with just a setup fee, if the user upgrades to a recurring plan and returns back to the first how can I prevent the setupfee is billed twice?

If an invoice has a
paidTransactionId
then it is paid. That depends alot on your market demographic and your tolerance for PayPal's glitches. We don't use it to charge for CheddarGetter service.
I don't know of any off the top of my head.
That is also answered here: http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/pricing-plans/pricing-plan-chan...
