I'm a business in Canada who wants to bill U.S. and Canada customers monthly. For the $79 a month does this include the merchant account and payment gateway?

Hi Ryan,
Our pricing does include all Gateway fees. It does not include a merchant account. I would recommend applying with First Data Canada, as they are compatible with our gateway and have very competitive pricing and good customer service. I'd be happy to put you in touch.
