Which "event" is triggered when users cancel their subscription?
I see a lot of events "Payment Declined, etc.) but I don't see "customer cancelled".
I see Cancelled for Customer Reason.
Which event (and corresponding email) would they see for USER CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION?
Thanks!

Hi Clay -- The
subscriptionCancelled
hook event is fired for every type of cancellation. The 'Canceled for Custom Reason" email is used when the cancellation is done by non-automated means. In other words, when cancellation is caused by user (gui or api) request.Marcela Poffald closed this discussion on 11 Apr, 2018 03:58 PM.
