I see a lot of events "Payment Declined, etc.) but I don't see "customer cancelled".
I see Cancelled for Customer Reason.
Which event (and corresponding email) would they see for USER CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION?

Hi Clay -- The
subscriptionCancelledhook event is fired for every type of cancellation. The 'Canceled for Custom Reason" email is used when the cancellation is done by non-automated means.
