I have a customer that was cancelled because you could not process their credit card. In the short term, is there a way to re-activate them through the website? Then for the long term, is there a way to re-activate them through the API? Thanks

Hi Dave -- The only way to reactivate a subscription is to enter new payment information. This can be done via the GUI or via the API. In the GUI, simply click on the edit button next to the subscription. In the API, you can do it via customers/edit or customers/edit-subscription.

Can you give me more details on how to do it using the GUI? I click edit next to the Pricing Plan and, because I want to keep the current billing info, just hit Save Changes. The customer still shows as Cancelled. I just want to re-activate the customer with the same billing info.

To reactivate, you (or the customer) must enter new payment information.
