Let's say a customer experienced a problem and we want to give them a free month of service... What's the best way to do that with CheddarGetter? (Note: This is very different than a free-month trial at the beginning of their subscription)

Hi Rick -- That's quite simple. You can just delay their next bill date. In the GUI, edit the subscription and set the new date in the "Next Bill Date Override" box. You can also do this via the API.
