When is Billing Reminder Triggered?

I am configuring the email settings and am not sure when the Billing Reminder email is triggered (e.g., 1 day before billing date?, 3 days before?)? I cannot seem to find where I can adjust this.

    Hi James -- Bill Reminder email notifications are sent 2 days prior to the bill date.
