possible for you to undelete the customer for me?

Hi Jaime --
In order to recover that customer we would have to access your backup data - which would take quite a bit of time and work on our part. We can do it, but we would have to charge an hourly rate.
I know it's an inconvenience, but it would probably be easier - and more cost effective - for you to recreate the customer.
