I want to give our developer access to 2 of our products. (Access to all of them is OK too).

Also do we need "basic user" account for our web app so that it can authenticate w/ CG and access our data, etc.?

You can read about managing your different users and admins here. If you need any further assistance, please let me know.

That user shows up with a Product listed by their name. That makes it SEEM as though they will only have access to that product.

And the KB doesn't clear that up for me.

So, I've still got the original question.

When you invite the user, you - that is the "Owner" or "Admin" - select what products that user has access to.

By going to Manage Users, you can select an existing user and edit the plans that they have access to.

Hopefully that clears things up, but if you need anything else please let me know.
