Hello,
What is your data retention policy?
- While I am currently a client.. how many years do you keep it,
and do I still have access. - When I leave as a client... how many
years do you keep it, and do I still have access.

Hi Jaime -- We don't have any strict policy on this currently. As of now, we are keeping all records indefinitely. Of course that is subject to change and we'll certainly let everyone know when we need to. If you are no longer a client, no data access is available. However, you're welcome to extract all of the data via the API.
