Canccel Preapproval Issue

Hello Team,

When we cancel the preapproval from cheddargetter Hosted Payment Page even transaction showing 'active' status.
how we cancel the preapproval?

   Can you provide an example of the customer record which is showing this behavior?

   Thanks for reply.

   Here is customer record which is showing still Active status:

   I dont want *'Active'* status for this customer because I have canceled
   his transaction.
